Hilbert Ron Anjou

Hilbert Ron Anjou is the principal of Cassell College and considered by many to be the strongest living hybrid. Initially an orphan in England, he was recruited by Manecke Cassell to join the Secret Party. When they were attacked by the Dragon Raja, Anjou was the sole survivor and he swore to avenge his fallen friends by slaying every single dragon. He spent most of the 20th century making the secret party grow by annexing different organizations around the world, most notably the hybrids of Japan.
