Himari

Himari is a student in Blue Archive who is the Head of Paranormal Affairs Department and the Former Head of Veritas. She assist Sensei in the 1st Special Operations. A genius hacker who is the head of Veritas. She is one of only three students in the history of the Millennium to achieve the degree of “Omniscience.” At the request of the Student Council's President Rio, she is currently the head of the Paranormal Affairs Department, leaving Veritas to her colleagues. She is physically disabled and rides a wheelchair, but despite her fragile appearance, she has a bold personality. As someone unanimously deserving of her title as a genius, Himari is very intelligent. She is aware of how others perceive her, and seems to enjoy boasting about herself. She's also honest, perhaps a bit too honest, in expressing her thoughts. Himari is a firm believer in freedom, which is why she does not get along with Rio, who desires absolute control.
