Hiroko Fuji

Hiroko Fuji is a minor character in Psycho-Pass. She is a young woman who is killed by Junmei Ito shortly before the Helmet Riots. She is a woman of average height and slender build in her 20's. She has brown eyes and long brown hair. At the time of her death, she is seen wearing a red coat with white muffler. She is a person who takes pleasure in others' misfortune.
