Hoh is a Regular that managed to pass most of the tests on the Second Floor and was assigned to the Wave Controller position. Ho is an androgynous human-looking guy with very long blonde hair, yellow eyes and a single red horn protruding from the right side of his head. He wears a white kimono with red trimmings.
