Honoka Yukishiro

Yukishiro Honoka (Hannah Whitehouse in the Canadian English dub), is one of the two main Cures in Futari wa Pretty Cure and Futari wa Pretty Cure Max Heart. She is a second and later third-year student at Verone Academy and is in the same class as Nagisa. Honoka's alter ego is Cure White. Her Pretty Cure partner is Cure Black. Honoka has midnight blue eyes and long hair partially pulled back, with her bangs held by a gold or pink clip. As a civilian, she wears a pale blue top with a long white skirt, and a pale pink jacket along with white sandals. In the science club, she usually dons a lab coat and glasses. In the Futari wa Pretty Cure Max Heart movie, she wears a pale yellow dress with a light blue jacket over it and white flats. She later wears a long blue and white dress with white gloves and a big blue bow on the back along with white high heels. Her hair is worn in a bun. In the second Max Heart movie, she wears winter clothes consisting of a white hat, blue snow goggles, a white fur coat, white mittens, blue pants and darker blue snow boots. As an adult, Honoka wears the same casual outfit and hairclip she wore during both Futari wa and Max Heart as a teenager, although she has grown taller, and her hair has also grown longer. As Cure White, her hair grows in length and curls, with a small ponytail on top of her head bound by a white ribbon with a blue heart in the middle. She gains silver heart earrings. She wears a short white dress with ruffled pale blue trim around the sleeves to accent the tulle petticoat of her tutu skirt, which has light blue scalloped lining. On the chest is a white ribbon, and a blue strap wraps around her waist, a light blue heart holding her Commune. She also gains white boots with pale blue sole, and leg warmers trim with ruffles and adorned by a light blue heart to match her gloves, which instead have a blue heart on the hand. In Futari wa Pretty Cure Max Heart, Cure White's outfit was modified. The ribbon on her chest has a blue gem heart, with the one on her belt now a gold heart-shaped clasp. Her petticoat is white and her skirt is now pale blue with a split white peplum over it. She gains additional detail on her leg warmers and the hearts turned blue to accent the designs around the top of her gloves. Her earrings are gold. When she gains the golden powers in the first movie, her outfit becomes gold and her heart ornaments turn into diamonds. As Super Cure White in the second movie, her hair lengthens while parts of her outfit receives feather-like details. Her sleeves, arm warmers, and leg warmers also widen while the bow on her chest becomes gold and resembles feathers. She also has a long pale blue ribbon in the back and additional hearts on the leg warmers. As Rainbow Cure White, her outfits resembles her Super form's but while small golden wings. Honoka is a gentle and understanding girl who always put others before herself. She is very smart, even being called the "The Queen of Knowledge", "The Queen of Intelligence" or "The Queen of Wisdom" by her classmates, and often uses this to help people. Due to this, she is very popular, having caught the attention of nearly every boy in school. She is not interested in most of them, but she has shown to care very much for a few boys, namely Fujimura Shougo, her childhood friend, and Kiriya, a new boy at school who she is helping understand people's feelings. As she is serious about her passions, Honoka can be strict with others and can become forceful or scary if angered by other's laziness or lack of concern. However, she is shown to be this way out of care for said person and waning them to do their best. She can also be pushy in her attempts to help someone, and she has a surprisingly stubborn side. For the most part, she is usually easy-going and calm-tempered, not likely to be easily riled up in comparison to Nagisa.
