He tries to act bold, but ultimately, he's a coward who believes that "if you can't beat them, join them." However, thanks to his weakness, he can show consideration to his comrades. He's a pathological liar and he likes ramen. The Hoodlum wears a purple suit with a yellow shirt underneath, and light-brown leather shoes. He has green hair and hazel eyes.
