Ibaragi Doji

Ibaragi is one of the enemies of Haruka. She is a villain that has supernatural powers, a demon who works alongside Raiko to achieve their goal of awakening Haruka’s lost memories of being the fearsome demon-eating tengu. She has the ability to disguise herself in any way she so desires, usely pretending to be another person making her a troublesome opponent.
