Ibuki Yagami

Ibuki Yagami is a major character of Maison Ikkoku. She is a high school student where Yūsaku Godai was briefly a student-teacher (which is the same school Kyōko Otonashi attended and met Sōichirō Otonashi) and she developed a crush on Yūsaku. Ibuki as first introduced typically wore her school uniform, which consisted of a one piece dress overtop a button up shirt, with knee high socks and loafers.
