Ichiya

she debuted when attacking Shiina to force Yukari into submission of Higa's demands out of fear she could harm him[1]. Ichiya was named shortly after when she got ordered by Higa to bring Shiina to Yukari after he had brainwashed him[2]. She appears again as unallowed guard of Higa Izumi during the third match of the Sekirei Plan[3]. Ichiya is one of the last two sekirei left of Higa Izumi, in the last stage of the Sekirei Plan. The other sekirei being Kaiha (Not including Kochou with Kakizaki).
