Ikki

Ikki Sekirei #19 was first mentioned by Kakizaki when he ordered Uzume in the hospital to terminate her. It is also hinted by him that she is winged and thus must have an Ashikabi. She was defeated and nearly killed by Karasuba with a sword thrust through her chest. She only appears on one page in the manga. She is once again mentioned by Uzume later in a phonecall Ikki is a tall Sekirei with short black hair. She is wearing nylons or a similar opaque leg covering under thigh-high boots and a Chinese style looking shirt. She has a big 19 inscribed on her left boot.
