Il Capitano Husbando

Il Capitano, also known by his codename "The Captain," is one of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. He makes his first appearance during Teyvat Chapter Interlude Teaser: A Winter Night's Lazzo alongside his fellow Harbingers. Il Capitano has only been mentioned once, by Viktor when he ponders which Harbinger he would rather work under if he had a choice. According to Tartaglia, he is an extremely powerful individual and formidable in combat.
