Internet Explorer-chan

Internet Explorer-chan has light blue hair that is always down, with a small pigtail in the back. She has an internet Explorer Logo clip in her hair, with her eyes being the same blue as her hair. She wears a short blue dress, thigh high white socks and long white gloves. Her shoes are also blue. She is sweet, sunny and kind. But with the advent of newer better browsers, she was abandoned, leaving her sad and miserable.
