Isla is a character in Dragon Quest Heroes. She is officially described as Chief "Ingeneer" of Arba, assuming because of her inventions. Don't be deceived by her feisty attitude or those flirty one-liners. Isla is so incredibly clever, she built the airship known as the Stonecloud from the very fabric of the city of Caliburgh itself.
