Istaroth

Istaroth, also known as Tokoyo Ookami and Kairos, is the Ruler of Time among the Four Shades of the Heavenly Principles. She is known by a plethora of titles, including the God of Moments, "the thousand winds of time" (or simply "the thousand winds"), and the "undying wind." She has been worshipped in Mondstadt and Enkanomiya both before and concurrently with the rise of The Seven.
