Izumo Kusanagi

Izumo Kusanagi is a Clansman (second in command) of HOMRA and the owner of a local bar, which is the namesake of his Clan. Fittingly, he is a bartender but appears to also work as an underground informant. Kusanagi is a tall, slim young man with short dark blonde hair that has bangs hanging on the left side, hazel eyes and his HOMRA insignia is located on his right shoulder blade.
