Izumo Kusanagi

Izumo Kusanagi is a Clansman (second in command) of HOMRA and the owner of a local bar, which is the namesake of his Clan. Fittingly, he is a bartender but appears to also work as an underground informant. Kusanagi is a very composed individual, reacting calmly even in dangerous or extreme situations.
