Jasmine

Jasmine is the Gym Leader of Olivine City's Gym. She specializes in Steel-type Pokémon, and she gives the Mineral Badge to Trainers who defeat her in battle. Jasmine is a very shy girl and has trouble speaking. She is compassionate, and when the Ampharos in the Glitter Lighthouse (nicknamed Amphy) falls ill, Jasmine's worries makes her develop an inability to smile. Amphy and Jasmine appear to be close, as Amphy will only take the medicine the player brings from her.
