Jessica von Velgr la Melldies de Rainsworth is the instructor of Laville National Academy Of Magic. Jessica is unarguably a beautiful woman with pale skin with beautiful long white hair that is usually tied on both sides with ribbons in a variety of colors called the twintail hairstyle. She usually wears the Laville Academy instructor uniform with a long white cloak with a big ribbon. Jessica seems to be liveful and cheerful person and tends to speak in childhish way like when she boasts herself of being the youngest instructor of the academy.
