Ju Fa was a Tensen-class Sennin who was affiliated with Lord Tensen, being the member, alongside his partner Tao Fa, who specialized in the mystic art of Bōchū Jutsu, and part ruler of Kotaku, going by the moniker Ashuku Taitei. He is a major antagonist of Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku.
