Jugram Haschwalth is a power-sharing Quincy and the Wandenreich's Sternritter Grandmaster, with the Schrift B: The Balance. He has served as Yhwach's Imperial Adviser since joining him and is his substitute while the emperor sleeps, taking on the epithet of Mask of Ruler and switching powers with Yhwach, including The Almighty. As they have the same ability, Yhwach considers Haschwalth his "other half".
