Julia

Julia is a Fixer in Section 6 of the Zwei Association's Southern Branch. She first appears in the same Chapter, Episode 1. Julia has medium wavy white hair, light skin, and eyes that she keeps closed at all times. She wears a Zwei uniform constituted by a light yellow dress shirt under a long dull marine blue bomber jacket with two parallel light yellow stripes on the left, two pockets on the sides, and small dull yellow details on both sholders.
