Joushuu is most known for Raillord for Joushuu Electric Train's Deha 101 F with her dependable mom-type personality, the Raillord who's like an embodiment of the entire nation. As the top Raillord for Joushuu Electric Trains' own trains, she has been propping up all of Jouden from the very beginning. While she is proactive, kind, and friendly, she can veer into overbearing territory by coddling others too much. She only realized now that this has lead to Jouden not being able to operate without her. Hoping to find some sort of opportunity to enable Jouden to become independent, she joined the Raillord summit.
