Little is known about Kal'tsit aside of being one of the first members of Rhodes Island, currently holding an important position in running R.I.'s system, and a brilliant medic. Kal'tsit is seen as an egoistical and cold person towards others, though she shares the same dream with Amiya and will go to great lengths to protect her and the Doctor. From her word "Sometimes even I don't know what I am", it can be seen that growing in stinging and breaking amidst the chaotic world of Terra made Kal'tsit become like composition of pieces of glass. As an admirable leader, Kal'tsit's only meaning is giving a meaning to others.
