Kameko

Kameko is an alumnus of the same hero school as Rumi Usagiyama, of whom she is friends. Kameko is a young woman with tortoise characteristics in her physique, like a tortoise shell on her back. She has dark hair, small eyes and almost no nose. Unnamed Tortoise Quirk: Sameko's Quirk gives her attributes of a tortoise. Not much is known about the abilities it provides.
