Kamihate

Kamihate is a member of the Order, a group consisting of the strongest assassins in the JAA. He is recognized as the greatest sniper in JAA history. Kamihate's appearance is mostly unknown, but he appears to be a man of relatively average build that wears a pair of baggy black pants. When outside for his work, Kamihate wears a long yellow coat with navy blue and purple stains and red patches on the inside, with its hood keeping his face hidden alongside its rifle in the middle
