A 2nd year at Metropolitan Light Cherry Blossom Female University. She has a very tough personality and mannish appearance, capturing the hearts of the female students she is one of the "Three public moral princesses". For the purpose of helping the weak, together with Kochou she aims to implement their ideal school. She hates crooked things, she has a side of her that isn't versatile. Her fighting style involves using eye techniques and a straight sword in direct conflict. Whenever she uses her eye technique her pupils will shine bright red.
