Kara Minami is a supporting character in Witch Watch series.She's the bestfriend of Nico Wakatsuki and Kukumi Ureshino. It's later revealed that she is a priestess in charge of her family's shrine. She would create Shiki with the help of Nico, who would become her familiar.
