Sayaka Katahara

Katahara Sayaka is the daughter of Metsudo Katahara, the older half-sister of Retsudo Katahara and the announcer for the Kengan Annihilation Tournament. In the two years since the tournament, Sayaka has become an official of the Kengan Association, playing an integral role in its administration.
