Kato is a high ranked NN ninja in the ninja world. He is the superior of Kuro Kumogakure. Kato is notably serious and professional. During his time in ninja school, Kato was a lowly shirunin who became a chunin candidate by counter-killing his handler kunoichi. As per customary his term record was wiped. He carved his name next to Shiro in an imprisonment cage. Kato would work as a courier delivery man as a cover for his ninja jobs. He goes to Kuro Kumogakure, delivering him a package with instructions to infiltrate a certain school.
