Katsumi Nakase, who goes by the cosplay name Fubuki, is a side character in Steins;Gate 0 who was first mentioned in Steins;Gate. She is a second year high school student, a cosplayer and a friend of Mayuri Shiina, Kaede Kurushima, and Yuki Amane.
