Kattarina Qutie is a female Virtual Youtuber associated with idol corporation, debuting as part of its Hebrew (HE) branch as part of its first generation of VTubers alongside Emi Suika, Nikki Rei, Neo Sparkles, and Lily Sin. Being the head of a feared international mafia organization, Qutie has her wits and grits always prepared when making deals with underground business, conducting official transactions , and fighting for influence and stronghold of mafia areas.
