Kazuki the Black Tone

Kazuki the Black Toneis a renowned Visitor who had liberated the seemingly impregnable fortress in the north, holding the skills to completely control a bullet's trajectory. As a mercenary, she was hired by Hardy the Bullet Flashpoint to single-handedly lay siege upon the Free City of Okafu in order to become a Hero Candidate for the Sixways Exhibition. She ultimately falls to Shalk the Sound Slicer by a slash by her throat, unable to sing.
