Kei Mikhail Ignatov Husbando

Kei Mikhail Ignatov is an Inspector within Division 01 of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Public Safety Bureau. He is one of the main protagonists of Psycho-Pass 3. Ignatov is a naturalized Japanese citizen of Russian descent. He is a male of taller than average height and a fit build in his 20's. He has blue eyes and short black hair swept to the right. At work, he typically wears a black suit, white dress shirt and black tie. He wears a CID windbreaker when on a mission. At home, he typically wears casual clothes, such as a white sweater and gray plaid shirt, and a dark blue track suit and pants with black runners whenever he works out. Ignatov is a serious, talented individual with a strong sense of justice that, at times, prompts him to behave in a rash manner. He is generally kind and logical, but strict with his Enforcers. He is skilled in martial arts.
