Cayna

Cayna is the main character in In the Land of Leadale. In Leadale, she is a rare high elf and level 1100 player. Her real world name is Keina Kagami. Cayna appears as a female high elf in her mid to late teens with collar length blond hair, blue-green eyes, and pointy ears. She is petite with a slender but well proportioned build. In her original body, Cayna notes that she was "all skin and bones" due to muscle atrophy from being bedridden.
