Kelly Wong

With a group of like-minded vampires and the little girl Chan, Kelly Wong pursues the goal of entering the so-called Special Zone, which lies off the coast of Yokohama. On the ship that is supposed to take her to her destination, she also makes the acquaintance of the two brothers Jirou and Kotarou Mochizuki. When a unit from the Order Coffin Company's Suppression Team invades the ship and all of them are threatened with death, she realizes that her journey won't be quite as easy as she would like as among them is said to be a Kowloon Child. With an unshakable will, she is imperative in pursuing her goals of providing herself and her comrades with the carefree, peaceful life they envision in the Special Zone and having a place they can simply call home. However, there is more behind Kelly, her little companion Chan was once a terminally ill human girl who Kelly turned into a vampire at her mother's request so that she could live on. Due to her generosity and kindness, she then took care of her and has in time almost built up a mother-daughter relationship with her.
