Kelvin Celsius Husbando

Kelvin is a man who loves battle so much that half of the time, he looks more like a villain than the protagonist. He transmigrated to the world with no memories of his previous life and is therefore, looking to enjoy this world to the utmost (Although the goddess did bestowed upon him the general knowledge of earth; so he knows about technology especially video games which is why he’s so good at building his character stats in the new world). His home base as an adventurer is Parth, as he has purchased a mansion here. Before buying the house, he and his companions lived in the Spirit's Song Inn, and so think of the place and its proprietress, Claire, like home and family, respectively. Later on in the light novel you find out that Kelvin sometimes has dreams of a man bleeding in the arms of a women. He can’t see the man clearly and he doesn’t know why he has this same dream, but it could possibly be a fragment of his memory back on earth. Kelvin is well-known for wearing black from head to toe. His black battle robe has metallic guards and royal blue highlights, and he is often depicted wearing a sword-like accessory behind his left ear whose purpose has never been explained. On either arm, he has on Skill Eater, and his primary weapon is Black Staff of Disaster. According to the insert illustrations from Vols 5 and 6 of the LN, he wears a black tunic even when he is not in his battle outfit. Kelvin has a somewhat laid-back personality. When he's not jacked up on adrenaline from being in a fight (or looking forward to a battle), he likes going out with the girls in his party, gets dragged around by Gerard's hijinks, and dotes on his stepsister, Rion. He also tends to play the tsukkomi role quite often, though sometimes his lack of knowledge in the relevant subject matter makes him the target of the joke. He tends to play down his tendencies as a battle junkie, sometimes even denying it outright, albeit in a somewhat tongue-in-cheek manner that may or may not indicate self-awareness. His love and hunger for rice prompted him to take a trip to Toraj, thus setting off the events of Vol 2 of the LN and Vol 3 of the manga.
