Kerr Charlotte

One of the main female protagonists of the story. Also, nicknamed the Witch of Flames and is one of the Ace Magicians of the Empire. She has long crimson hair, blue eyes and has an affinity with fire. She met Yorman, who was furtively adorned with a disguise, in the first chapter, where he easily defeated the Ice Dragon. Later, the empire dissimulated that it was Kerr Charlotte who defeated the Ice Dragon in order to quell any panic about an Apostle hiding among the humans. She is an instructor at the Imperial Royal Academy and teaches the Ace Class, which is the most paramount class in the Academy. She is unaware that Yorman and Yu are one in the same. Her goal is to defeat the Twelve Apostles due to the possible danger to humanity, but also because an Apostle killed her family. Yorman (Yu) later becomes her apprentice and he is also her fiance. The symbol that indicates her apprenticeship with Yorman is located on her thigh, which aggrieves her greatly. Since Yorman has little knowledge of human propriety, he often makes Kerr Charlotte feel ambivalent and bemused, since he sometimes acts in a way that is not sagacious and often foolish or impertinent, and other times, he shows great sagacity, knowledge, ability and power. Her ancestor was named Charlotte, who was a demon sorceress and was aptly called Demon Sovereign Charlotte. Her semblance and appearance greatly resembles Kerr Charlotte. Ironically, despite her hatred for the Apostles, she later becomes a pseudo-Apostle or half-Apostle and has a high chance of metamorphosing into a genuine Apostle, thus becoming the thing that she hates the most. This fact is surreptitiously hidden away from her due to the possible trauma that it might inflict if she finds out. Kerr Charlotte was the first woman that Yorman (Yu) had kissed when he kissed her to restore her magic power early on in the story. Her relationship with the other members of Yorman's harem could be described as a harmonious rapport and she treats them as confidants. She was even willing to go to the Underworld to find clues in order to release Sylph from her sealed state.
