Kiara

Kiara is a student at Wellston Private High School and one of it's many, many bullies. She is one of the schools fake Jokers. Kiara is a student with dark teal hair. When using her ability, her eyes glow orange. As Joker, she wears a black ski mask over her head on top of her uniform. She wore the male uniform since the original Joker also did so. John noted that he "expected her to be a dude" under the mask. Like many other mid-tiers at Wellston, Kiara enjoys beating weaker students.
