Kirifu Megumi

Kirifu Megumi is a minor character in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. She is a student in Tokiwadai Middle School in Academy City and is also a Level 4 esper whose power is telekinesis. She appears as a young middle school girl with a slender body frame, making her seem boyish in appearance. Complementing this is light colored hair that is bobbed cut. As to be expected of a girl going to Tokiwadai Middle School, she has a lofty attitude, and have a somewhat teasing demeanor, even on fellow Tokiwadai students. Although, she has shown concern when her trickery has gone too far.
