Kishibe

Kishibe is a Public Safety Devil Hunter from Tokyo Special Division 1, but after the assault on the Special Divisions, he became captain of the Tokyo Special Division 4. He serves as a supporting character in the Public Safety Saga. Kishibe is a tall, grizzled man with scraggly facial hair and a stitched scar running across his left cheek from his mouth. In his young adult years, his hair was black, but it has turned grey in the manga. In the anime, he has more a blonde hair color, possibly indicating it's dyed. Additionally, Kishibe has two piercings on his left ear and one on his right ear....
