Kiwako Oe

Kiwako Oe (大江 紀和子 Ōe Kiwako?) ran Bar Cross, a bar that employs devils and exclusively serves devil customers. Her bar was recognized by Public Safety Division 5 as a designated NPO for employment of red-eyes. She was killed by Takeshi Makimura (Zero Six) during the attack on Bar Cross. Kiwako is a middle-aged woman with black hair tied to a bun. She has small, sharp dark-colored eyes and light wrinkles under them. She wears makeup, a pair of loop-earrings and a necklace.
