Kiyohiko Uzuki

Kiyohiko Uzuki was a member of the elite Anti-Cloud Gouger Special Forces in the Kamunabi, led by Ikuto Hagiwara. Considered 'elite' within the Kamunabi, Uzuki served alongside Ikuto's squad. Unlike some of his more eccentric comrades, Uzuki stood out for his level-headedness and calm demeanor. He wore a unique mask covering his nose and mouth and was notably shorter than his teammates. Uzuki demonstrated the skill to manipulate poles to restrain targets and invoke the cast Subdue, summoning binding energy resembling ropes.
