Kiyoko Otomachi

Kiyoko was the wife of the landlord Kouichirou Otomachi who died not long before she was introduced in the story. Therefore she is a widow and came to meet the tenants to choose whether to destroy the building (& rebuild it afterwards) or not, as it seems to be quite old. After deciding not to, she ends up becoming a tenant as well (and the landlord).
