Kochou, like Matsu, is a brain-type Sekirei. She has the ability to access any electronic devices telepathically that she utilizes when the East Sekireis attacked Izumo Inn while Minato and Kusano went away during the 4th Match on the 3rd Stage to disable Matsu's systems and its space-based laser.
