Koharu Utatane

Koharu Utatane is a former member of the dissolved Team Tobirama. She and her teammate Homura Mitokado now serve as members of the Konoha Council. In her youth, Koharu was a beautiful kunoichi with dark eyes. Her hair is pulled back in a twin bun locked by a traditional Japanese hair pin with two pearls dangling off the side. She also had fringes that covered her forehead protector.
