Iketani Koichiro is one of Takumi's friends and the Leader of the Akina Speedstars who works at a Gas station along with Takumi Fujiwara and Itsuki Takeuchi. Iketani is seen at the gas station knowing about Itsuki's dreams of the AE86 and thinking that the speedstars are the fastest in Akina. He is also the one who always faints whenever Takumi drives inside Iketani's S13 and took it out for a spin.
