Kokoro Shiina is a character in My First Girlfriend Is a Gal. She (along with Ayumi Kamisaka) is one of Yukana Yane's gal pals. Kokoro has blonde hair and brown eyes. She wears her hair in twin tails that are each bound with a red scrunchie. She also wears two small hair clips on the left side of her hair. She wears a pink sweater under her uniform jacket along with blue calf-high socks.
