A relaxed girl who constantly plays video games on a handheld device, despite not being very good at it. The only reliable way to make her lose her cool is to remind her of that fact. She sometimes announces her flashes of "case"-solving reasoning, however far-fetched, with a triumphant "Game clear!" Kotoha has long blue hair which is tied into a little ponytail at it's very end.
