Kotoha Isone

Kotoha Isone is one of the main characters in the Yozakura Quartet series. She is a hanyou Kotodama-user, a resident of Sakurashinmachi, the vice-director the Hiizumi Life Counselling Office and a highschool student attending a school outside of town.
