Kotoko Sumiso

Kotoko has shoulder-length light-pink hair that has square bangs hanging over her forehead and coral-pink eyes. She ties her hair up and places a flower in it whilst wearing a yukata.

Friendly and polite, Kotoko suggests activities that she and Seri Koyuki could do during the summer break, seeing the fireworks display being one of them.
