Mitori Kouzaku

Kouzaku Mitori, nicknamed Mii-chan, is a character introduced in the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun manga series. A mysterious girl acting as Member's liaison who targeted Misaka Mikoto's Sisters under the orders of Kihara Gensei, she is actually a former subject of Clone Dolly and friend of the prototype clone Dolly. After her defeat at the hands of Shirai Kuroko, she now serves as Shokuhou Misaki's informant.
